Who we are

This website, tiloryco.com ("Tilory", "we", "us"), is operated by AUFYX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: support@tiloryco.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently sell and ship only to addresses in the contiguous United States.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours, glitter and finishes may look slightly different on different screens. Our mahjong sets contain small parts and are intended for ages 14 and up. Unless a product page says otherwise, dice, racks, pushers, mats and the official annual American mahjong card are not included; the card is sold separately by its publisher. Tilory is not affiliated with the card's publisher.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, plus any sales tax shown there. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already confirmed. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, if there is a clear error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will tell you by email.

Delivery times, shipping costs and our return rules are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Your account and use of the site

You are responsible for keeping your account details private and for the information you give us. You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to break its security, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, photos, designs and logos on this site belong to AUFYX LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is honest and yours to share, and you allow us to display it on our site and marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading.

Liability

We provide this site and our products as described, and nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law. To the extent the law allows, AUFYX LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer law of your state gives you rights that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
