Shipping policy
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 continental states and Washington, D.C.). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories.
Shipping cost. Standard tracked shipping is free on every order. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Delivery time by item. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. All dates are estimates; carrier delays may occur and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Mahjong tiles: ship from US stock within 1–2 business days, then typically 3–7 business days in transit.
- Table mat and 3D-printed accessories: ship from US stock. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after ordering.
- Mugs: made to order in the US. Production usually takes 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 2–5 business days in transit.
Separate parcels and tracking. Some items may arrive in separate parcels. Made-to-order mugs ship separately from tiles and other accessories, and a mat may ship separately from tiles. We email a tracking number when each parcel ships. Separate parcels never add a shipping charge.
Holiday orders. For holiday gifting, please check the current delivery estimate before ordering. Carrier delays may occur during the holiday season. If we cannot ship your order within the estimate we gave you, we will tell you and offer you the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund.
Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Lost or delayed parcels. If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or it shows delivered but you cannot find your parcel, contact us at support@tiloryco.com and we will open a claim with the carrier.
