We currently ship to the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. Standard tracked shipping is free. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Dates below are estimates, and carrier delays may occur.

Mixed orders. Some items may arrive in separate parcels. Made-to-order mugs ship separately from tiles and other accessories. We provide tracking when each parcel ships.
Holiday gifting. For holiday gifting, please check the current delivery estimate before ordering. Carrier delays may occur during the holiday season.
Returns
- Changed your mind? You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, complete and in their original packaging; return shipping is paid by the customer. Please contact us first for instructions.
- Damaged, incorrect or missing tiles? Please email us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Our current policy asks you to contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. Opening the box to check the contents is fine.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and check the return; your bank may take a few extra days.
